What We’re About
Clinicians come first. Seriously. A supported therapist is a better therapist, and clients feel the difference. We make all of our decisions with that in mind, including a higher fee split than most group practices offer.
We believe in the body. Our work is somatic and trauma-focused. We care about what the story says and what the nervous system is doing while it’s told. Brainspotting is a big part of how we think. We have two massage therapists with us who focus on Myofascial Release Massage and Craniosacral therapies, supporting the nervous system from a physical approach as well.
Clients aren’t property. They are humans with the absolute right to choose where they go for their care. No non-compete. No non-solicitation. If you move on, your clients can follow you. We feel strongly about this ethically.
You’re the expert. You set your own rates. You choose how you practice, within your license and ethics. We wouldn’t be your “boss”, but your partner in business! We want you to be successful and will do everything we can to support you and ensure that.
What you’d get
The split. 75/25 for fully licensed clinicians. You keep 75 percent of what's collected on your sessions. Or an 80/20 split if you hold EMDR certification, a recognized somatic modality certification, or Brainspotting Phase 1 and Phase 2 at minimum. If you pick up one of those later, you’d get a higher split then. Nobody here is required to pursue any credential, and if you do, you choose the training and you pay for it. That's your call completely.
You set your own rates. I don't dictate what you charge. I don't dictate your sliding scale. Our full fee is currently $165, but what you charge is yours to decide.
No non-compete. No non-solicitation. Ever. If a client is better served following you somewhere else, they go with you, and we'll help with the transfer. What's best for the client comes first because that’s what is ethically and morally right. That's in the contract too, in writing.
Private pay only. We don't bill insurance. We provide superbills for out of network reimbursement. There are a ton of benefits to this, but most importantly, you will always know exactly what you will be paid!
Your own furnished office. We upkeep the furniture and office needs for you, including cleaning and trash removal. You’d also get access to the building staff lounge with a massage chair, vending, and games. But we provide snacks and drinks (coffee, tea, a fridge full of options) that you and your clients are also welcome to!
Free consultation, anytime. Always happy to staff with you, provide support or just grab a coffee on lunch together! Starting in mid 2027, we would also be able to offer free consult hours for Brainspotting certification, if that is something you are interested in. Typically, that cost lands around $150/session and at least 6 sessions are needed for certification.
We will market for you and attract business to your caseload. You can still choose to do your own marketing, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to! You can choose to simply focus on therapy, and let us handle the rest (the boring business stuff in the background!).
Billing is handled. You're a user on our SimplePractice, our card processing, our scheduling. You don't have to chase payments.
You can keep your other job. Hospital, agency, CMHC, your own practice on the side, all fine. The only thing we ask is that you don't run your separate practice out of this office, and that clients we refer to you stay on our platform while you're under contract.
Who we're looking for
A fully independent, unrestricted Indiana license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or psychologist.
Approaches: Somatic orientation, or real curiosity about it. Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing. If you're not there yet but you want to be, tell us that! We’re definitely open to helping you grow as a Brainspotter. Should you want to become certified in Brainspotting, we can help you there too.
Your own malpractice coverage.
Comfortable with adults, and/or teens aged 14 and up. Our office isn’t set up for young children.
Here in-person at least part of the week. Telehealth is part of what we do, but this isn't a fully remote role.
Full or part-time all will be considered! You create your own hours.
What We Can't Offer
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are your own boss. We would be partnered up together and we would provide a lot of support for you to be successful. but that also means:
No health insurance or other benefits. We don't offer a plan and we don't contribute to one.
No paid time off. When you don't work, you don't earn, even though you would set your own schedule and time off.
No 401k or retirement match.
You handle your own taxes. No withholding on our end, and you'll want to plan to invest in a good CPA.
This is what most small private practices look like, and we are MORE than happy to help you get things set up!
