About CCA Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes — whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles. At Circle City Alliance, we’re here to offer support, guidance, and a space where you can feel heard and understood.
We provide therapy to adults (18+) both in person at our northwest Indianapolis office and virtually throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. Our goal is to help you make sense of what you're going through and move toward healing at your own pace.
Not sure if therapy with us is the right fit? We offer free 15-minute consultations upon request, so you can get a feel for what working together might be like before committing.
You don’t have to do this alone — we’re here when you’re ready.
What we offer
-
We treat people dealing with trauma, anxiety and panic attacks, addiction and substance use, depression, relationship and interpersonal struggles, life transitions, grief and more.
We utilize many different treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and traditional talk therapy. Your specific approach will depend on a combination of your preferences, your needs and your strengths! We will make a specific treatment plan just for you.
-
Similar to EMDR, Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, accessing, and processing emotional and physical pain that is stored in the body and brain.
The core idea is simple: Where you look affects how you feel.
While processing a distressing issue, a therapist helps you find a specific "brain spot"—a point in your visual field that correlates with the activation of a traumatic or emotional core. By holding your gaze on this spot, you activate the brain's natural ability to heal itself from the inside out, leading to deep, effective, and lasting resolution of trauma, anxiety, performance issues, and more.
-
For those wanting to speed up their recovery, we offer “intensives”. We can meet with clients for 100 minutes instead of our standard 50-minute sessions. During an intensive, we can focus on specific topics and work through concerns on a deeper level.
-
Struggling with or concerned about substance use? We offer dual diagnosis treatment from a harm reduction approach, meaning we approach your recovery goals without judgment, focusing on practical strategies to reduce risks and improve your quality of life, whether your goal is abstinence or moderation.
